摘要
现有的套管头试压装置是通过钢制螺纹连接并密封的,会造成套管头本体螺纹拉伤、拉毛等现象发生,直接影响了套管头的质量,严重时会造成螺纹粘扣,直接导致套管头本体和试压堵头的报废。为了避免上述情况的出现,设计了一种新型的套管头试压装置,将套管头置于两块用螺栓连接的顶板和底板之间进行试压,保护了本体螺纹,保证了管接头的质量,同时提高了试压效率和安全保障。
