乙酸降凝配方的研发与应用

摘要 河南南阳区域气温低于16.6℃条件下,出现的乙酸凝固导致的不便于缓速酸酸化液配制的问题。在该酸化液体系内优选出SCA、XT-5、TH-05三种物料,分别以给定比例进行凝固实验,对其结果进行比较、优化,研发出乙酸的降凝配方为HAC、SCA按4.5∶1质量比混合配制成乙酸溶液,该溶液可在-16℃的温度条件下保持液态。现场应用后,降低了缓速酸酸化液的配制成本,消除了熔融乙酸过程引起的化学伤害。 In the case of Henan Nanyang regional temperature below 16.6 ℃, the coagulation of acetic acid caused by the formation of acetic acid is not easy.In the acidification liquid system, SCA, XT-5 and TH-05 were selected as the solidification experiments, and the results were compared and optimized.The formulation of acetic acid was HAC, SCA was 4.5 : 1 mass ratio to form an acetic acid solution, which can be kept at a temperature of-16 o C.After field application, the preparation cost of slow acid acidizing solution is reduced, and chemical damage caused by molten acetic acid process is eliminated.
