摘要
在很多的工业生产中,都需要进行精馏工作,尤其是化学工业,精馏过程的效率与化学工业的发展有着密不可分的联系。精馏过程是一个对能量消耗非常大的过程,一直以来,怎样使精馏过程更加简单、高效,怎样使精馏过程中能量利用效率更高,是相关企业和部门密切关注的问题。因此对完全能量耦合精馏塔的设计、模拟与优化的相关内容做了研究。
in many industrial production, distillation is necessary, especially chemical work.The efficiency of distillation process is closely related to the development of chemical industry.Distillation process is a process of great energy consumption has been, how to make rectification process more simple and efficient, how to make the rectification process of energy efficiency is higher, pay close attention to the relevant enterprises and departments of the problem.In this paper, the design, simulation and optimization of a fully energy coupled distillation column are studied.
