摘要 胜利油田小套管完井水平井具有井斜大、井身结构复杂、水平段长,试油期间入井管柱工具磨阻大,油套间隙小,遇阻遇卡风险高,下钻过程中射孔枪易中途引爆,校深难度大等风险。针对以上施工难点开展了管柱结构优化设计、射孔工艺、排液工艺等工艺技术的优化和现场应用验证,形成了适宜于小套管完井水平井的试油工艺技术体系,在桩202-平1井得到成功应用,日产原油最高12.3t,累计产油106t。 Shengli Oilfield small casing well completion wells with well oblique, well structure is complex, horizontal section length, test oil period into the well string tool grinding resistance, oil gap is small, met the case of high risk, drilling process Perforating gun easy to detonate, the depth of school and other risks.In order to solve the above difficulties, the optimization of the design of the column structure, the process of perforating process and the drainage technology are carried out.The technical system of the oil test system suitable for the small well completion well is formed.-Ping 1 wells have been successfully applied, daily crude oil up to 12.3t, the cumulative production of oil 106t.
