摘要
在国家实施创新驱动发展战略、大力推进"大众创业、万众创新"的政策背景下,文章重点分析了大学生创新创业现状与重要意义,面临的机遇与挑战,结合大学生创新创业政策支撑体系现状与需求,提出相应的政策建议:改善创新创业政策环境、搭建创新创业公共平台、完善创新创业专业服务、创新"双创"人才培养模式。
Under the background of the policy of ＂national innovation-driven development＂ and ＂popular entrepreneurship and innovation＂ ,the paper analyzed the present situation and the significance of university students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship, the opportunities and challenges they face, and the status quo and needs of university students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship policy support system, and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations such as improving the policy environment, building a public platform,improving professional services and innovative training model.
