摘要
随着我国经济社会的进一步发展,培训工作越来越受到企业和社会的重视,文中结合马斯洛的需求层次论,从职业能力成长性出发,提出了以职业能力成长为目标、以知识传递和能力提升为中心的培训设计理念,并围绕设计要点进行了一系列探讨,以供借鉴。
With the further development of China' s economy and society, training program has attracted more and more the attention from the enterprises and the society. The paper, combining with the theory of Maslow' s hierarchy of needs, from the perspective of professional ability promotion, put forward the training design concept : the promotion of professional ability serves as the goal;the knowledge transfer and ability promotion is the focus.
