全日制会计硕士专业学位培养状况的调查研究——以西安科技大学管理学院为例

A Study on the Cultivation of the Program of Master of Professional Accounting(MPAcc)——Illustrated with the example of College of Management at Xi'an University of Science and Technology

西安科技大学管理学院于2015年招收首届会计硕士(MPAcc)专业学位学生81人,旨在培养适应市场需求、具有专业技能的高素质复合型人才。在对首届MPAcc学员的调研中发现,现有培养模式仍有许多问题亟待解决,许多方式需要改善。本文在分析调研结果的基础上,提出根据学院自身实际情况和现有资源通过逐步推进方式完善培养机制,从课程设置、授课方式方法、培养目标定位等方面提出意见和建议。

81 graduate students were admitted as the first batch to the program of Master of Professional Accounting at Xi＇ an University of Science and Technology in the year of 2015. The goal is to cultivate multi-dimensional talents with professional skills and capabilities sought by the labor market. From a research conducted with the students,we have found a number of issues and concerns that need to be solved and improved. Therefore, a series of constructive suggestions and approaches are recommended in this paper based on the analysis of research results and a review of resources available currently, in order to provide future graduate students in this program with more practical experience and career opportunities.
