不同光强下灰木莲2个种源苗木的生长和生理特征 被引量:1

Growth and Physiological Responses of Two Provenances of Manglietia glauca Seedlings to Different Light Intensities

摘要 对来自越南河江市和中国南宁市种源的灰木莲种子进行盆栽育苗,并研究了4种光照条件下苗木的生长和生理指标,结果表明:两种源苗木的成活率为100%;除丙二醛含量外,其它性状均随着遮荫程度的增加而增加;在较强的光照条件下,南宁种源苗木的苗高、地径增长量高于河江种源,在遮荫较强条件下河江种源的苗木较细长,而南宁种源的苗木较粗壮。研究认为在南宁市通过人工授粉得到的种子能正常发芽和生长,这将有助于灰木莲种子园的建设。 The seedlings of Manglietia glauca originating from two provenances of Hejiang city of Vietnam and Nanning city of China were pot-cultured in nursery garden. The growth and physiological traits of seedlings were studied under four light conditions. The results showed that the survival rates of two provenance seedlings were 100%. With shade increasing, the height and ground diameter were on the rise, the contents of chlorophyll a and b of seedlings increased accordantly except the MDA content. The increments of height and ground diameter of Nanning provenance seedlings were higher than that of Hejiang provenance seedlings in high light condition. And the Hejiang provenance seed-lings were slenderer under heavy shade. The experiments supposed the seeds obtained by artificial pol-lination in Nanning could normally germinate and grow. It would be helpful in developing seed orchard establishment of Manglietia glauca.
