蓝色经济已成为当前区域经济发展的战略支撑力量,蓝色文化与蓝色经济高度融合并相互促进已成为不可逆转的潮流与趋势。山东半岛蓝色经济区文化产业的定位应当是:在产业规模、科技含量上以域内产业为基础,进一步借鉴域外的先进技术及经验;在文化品位上以多元文化为理念,因循政府主导、多元参与、政策激励、立法保护以构建适合蓝色经济区建设的文化产业带,形成蓝色经济、文化产业协调发展的互动发展趋势。

The orientation of Shandong Peninsula Blue Eco- nomic Zone of cultural industry should be： Based on the industries in the Zone in terms of industry scale, and science and techno- logical content; in the cultural concept, follow the concept of government-led, multi-participation, policy-motivated, and legisla- tive protection to construct a cultural industry belt to fit the blue economic zone construction, and form the interactive trend of the coordinated development of the Blue economy and cultural industry.
