摘要 目的:建立藏药材酸藤果中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定酸藤果中总黄酮含量。结果:酸藤果中总黄酮在0~63.344μg/mL浓度范围内与吸光度值线性关系良好(r=0.999 8);回收率为94.41%,RSD为1.46%。结论:所建立的含量方法准确可靠,专属性强,可用于酸藤果药材的质量控制。 Objective: To establish a content determination method of flavone in E. laeta. Methods: Rutin was used as the reference substance. Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of flavone in E. laeta. Results: The content of flavone showed good linear relationship within the range of 0 - 63. 344μg/mL (r = 0.999 8). The average recovery rate of flavone was 97.22%(RSD = 1.01%, n= 6). Conclusion:The method is reliable and exclusive, and suitable for the content determination of flavone in E. laeta.
