藏药材酸藤果中总黄酮含量测定研究

Content Determination of Total Flavone in E.laeta

目的:建立藏药材酸藤果中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定酸藤果中总黄酮含量。结果:酸藤果中总黄酮在0~63.344μg/mL浓度范围内与吸光度值线性关系良好(r=0.999 8);回收率为94.41%,RSD为1.46%。结论:所建立的含量方法准确可靠,专属性强,可用于酸藤果药材的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a content determination method of flavone in E. laeta. Methods： Rutin was used as the reference substance. Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of flavone in E. laeta. Results： The content of flavone showed good linear relationship within the range of 0 - 63. 344μg/mL （r = 0.999 8）. The average recovery rate of flavone was 97.22%（RSD = 1.01%, n= 6）. Conclusion：The method is reliable and exclusive, and suitable for the content determination of flavone in E. laeta.
