摘要
目的:对牛蒡子不同组织中牛蒡苷及牛蒡苷元含量进行测定和分析。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,果皮色谱条件:色谱柱Dikma Diamonsil-C_(18)(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.3%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mg·min^(-1);检测波长280nm;柱温25℃;检测时间30min。种仁色谱条件:色谱柱AgilentTC-C_(18)(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.3%磷酸水,等度洗脱,流速1.0mg·min^(-1);检测波长280nm;柱温25℃;检测时间30min,分析所得数据。结果:牛蒡子种仁相对果皮含有更多的牛蒡苷,牛蒡子中牛蒡苷主要分布于牛蒡子种仁中。结论:种仁的质量会影响牛蒡子的质量,对于牛蒡子药材质量评价具有一定参考价值。
Objective : To determine and analyze the content of arctiin and arctigenin in different tissue of Arctii Fructus. Methods: Using HPLC, chromatographic conditions of the kernel:the chromatographic column:Dikma Diamonsil-C18 (4.6mm×200mm, 5μm) ; the mobile phase: acetonitrile-0. 3% H3PO4 aqueous solution,gradient elution; the flow rate: 1 mL ·min-1 ; The detection wavelength:280nm;The column temperature: 25℃, Detection time 30min; chromatographic conditions of the seed: the chromatographic column : Dikma Diamonsil-C18 (4.6mm× 200mm, 5μm) ; the mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.3% H3PO4 aqueous solution, isocratic elution; the flow rate: 1 mL·min-1 ; The detection wavelength: 280nm; The column temperature: 25℃, Detection time 30min. Analyze the resulting data. Results:The kernel of Arctii Fructus relatively the seed-case of Arctii Fructus contains more arctiin, arctiin of Aretii Fructus is mainly in the kernel of Arctii Fructus. Conclusion : Quality of the kernel will affect the quality of Aretii Fruetus.
