Galectin-3在缺血性心功能不全家兔不同时期的表达

摘要 目的探讨半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3,Gal-3)在缺血性心功能不全家兔不同时期的表达水平及其与心功能的关系。方法采用结扎冠状动脉前降支的方法制作缺血性心功能障碍家兔模型。利用随机数字表法将20只家兔随机分为假手术组和心功能不全组。分别检测造模前、模后30、60min、4、24h、3天、1、2、4周的超声心动图、血清中Gal-3的浓度变化。结果与假手术组相比,心功能不全组在模后30、60min、4h内血清Gal-3浓度、左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、左心室短轴缩短率(fraction shortening,FS)没有明显变化,在24h之后血清Gal-3浓度逐渐上升,LVEF、FS逐渐下降。血清Gal-3浓度与LVEF、FS呈负相关且为强相关。结论血清Gal-3的浓度在缺血性心功能不全早期没有明显变化,在中晚期明显升高及血清Gal-3的浓度与心功能呈负相关且为强相关,为临床临床心力衰竭的诊断和治疗提供了依据。 Objective To investigate the expression level of Galectin - 3 (Gal - 3) in different stages of cardiac insufficiency in rabbits and its relationship with cardiac function. Methods A rabbit model of ischemic cardiac dysfunction was made by ligation of the anterior descending branch of the coronary artery. The 20 rabbits were randomly divided into sham operation group and cardiac insufficien- cy group by random digit table method. Echocardiography and serum concentration of Gal - 3 were detected in 30 minutes before model- ing, after modeling 30, 60min, 4, 24h,3days 1, 2, 4 weeks. Results Compared with the sham operated group,cardiac insufficiency group in 30, 60 minutes, 4 hours, the concentration of serum Gal - 3 ,LVEF, FS did not change significantly;and after 24 hours the con- centration of serum Gal - 3 gradually increased and LVEF, FS gradually decreased. There was a negative correlation between serum Gal - 3 concentration and LVEF,FS, which was strongly correlated. Conclusion there is no significant change of serum Gal - 3 concentration in the early stage of ischemic cardiac insufficiency, and there is a negative correlation between the level of serum Gal - 3 and the concen- tration of serum.
