基质诱导的自体软骨细胞移植治疗膝关节软骨损伤的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 膝关节软骨损伤在临床中十分常见,且自我修复能力有限。传统的治疗软骨损伤的方法包括微骨折、钻孔术和骨软骨移植等。因创伤大、临床疗效报道不一、组织修复结果较差、供体来源有限等问题,很大程度上限制了传统治疗方法在临床中的应用。第3代自体软骨细胞移植-基质诱导的自体软骨细胞移植(matrix-induced autologous chondrocyte implantation,MACI)技术作为对第1、2代自体软骨细胞移植技术的改进,不仅具备和第1、2代自体软骨细胞移植技术一样良好的临床疗效,而且与传统方法相比还有手术方法简单、微创、手术失败率低、可修复大面积软骨缺损、组织修复结果良好、术后并发症少和可快速康复等优点。尽管第3代自体软骨细胞移植技术目前存在些许缺陷,但随着组织工程技术的进步,这些问题都将得到解决。
