自我管理护理对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响

Impact of self-management care for the life quality of patients with allergic rhinitis

目的探究自我管理护理模式对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响情况。方法选取2013年2月~2014年2月期间入我科诊治的160例变应性鼻炎患者,按照随机对照原则,分为观察组和对照组两组,各80例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予常规治疗合并自我管理护理,观察并比较两组患者的疗效及生活质量。结果观察组在疗效和部分维度生活质量的改善方面,优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我管理护理模式的应用能够有效提高常规变应性鼻炎疗法的疗效,并显著改善患者生活质量。

Objective To research the impact of self-management care for the life quality of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods 160 patients with allergic rhinitis in our department from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected.According to the randomized controlling principles,they were divided into observation and control groups,with 80 patients in each.Patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment,and patients in observation group were treated with conventional treatment combined with self-managed care.Observe and compare The efficacy and quality of life between those two groups were observed and compared. Results Efficacy and improvement in quality of life in some dimensions in observer group were better than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of self-managed care model can not only effectively enhance the efficacy of conventional therapy of allergic rhinitis,but also significantly improve the patients＇ quality of life.
