40例自体骨髓间充质细胞联合接骨药丸治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的效果

Effect of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells combined with Jiegu pill in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the middle-aged and young:an analysis of 40 cases

目的探讨自体骨髓间充质细胞联合接骨药丸治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月~2016年5月我院收治的中青年股骨颈骨折患者40例,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,对照组患者给予骨髓间充质细胞治疗,观察组给予联合接骨药丸治疗。结果观察组Harris评分、缺血性坏死率、髋关节功能恢复及不良反应的发生中都明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自体骨髓间充质细胞联合接骨药丸治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的方法具有相互协同、相互促进的作用,对促进骨折的愈合有很大的好处,降低了股骨头缺血性坏死的发生,提高了患者的生活质量,值得在临床中被广泛推广和使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells combined with Jiegu pill in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the Middle-aged and young. Methods 40 cases in the Middle-aged and young with femoral neck fracture from June 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital of femoral neck fracture were selected and were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods. The control group was treated with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell, and the observation group was treated with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell combined with Jiegu pills. Results The Harris score, ischemic necrosis rate, hip joint function recovery and adverse reactions of observation group were significantly better tban those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells combined with jiegu pills in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the middle-aged and young is of great benefit for promoting fracture healing, reducing the occurrence of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, improving the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical promotion.
