Effect of mini implant on orthodontic treatment in adolescents

目的探讨青少年口腔正畸术应用微型种植体治疗的疗效。方法选择2014年3月~2015年9月我院接受正畸治疗的50例患者进行研究,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组25例。研究组患者应用微型种植体支抗治疗方式,对照组应用临床常规正畸治疗方式,比较和记录入选患者在手术的治疗效果,及不良反应。结果与对照组相比,研究组患者的上中切牙凸距差与上中切牙倾角差均大于对照组患者,但磨牙位移降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的总不良反应率(8.0%)明显小于对照组患者(44.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的总有效率(100%)明显高于对照组患者(76%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗在临床口腔正畸治疗中展示了良好的效果,有利于患者面型塑造,具有重要的临床价值和应用前景。

Objective To investigate the effect of mini implant on orthodontic treatment in adolescents. Methods 50 cases of patients with orthodontic treatment from March 2014 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into research group and the control group,25 cases in each group.Patients in study group were treated with miniature implant anchorage therapy,and patients in control group were treated with routine clinical orthodontic trea,,nent.The surgical treatment effect,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and recorded. Results Compared with control group,the middle incisor convex huge difference with middle incisor inclination difference of research group were greater than those of control group,but molar displacement was reduced,there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.The team total adverse reaction rate （8.0%） in research group was significantly less than that in control group （44%）,and there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.The total effective rate （100%） of research group was obviously higher than that of control group （76%）,and there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implants miniature in clinical orthodontics treatment shows a good effect.It is beneficial to patients with surface shape.It has important clinical value and application prospect.
