探讨药师干预对社区门诊老年高血压患者疗效及服药依从性的影响

The effect of pharmacist intervention on the efficacy and medication compliance of elderly patients with hypertension in community clinics

目的探讨药师干预对社区门诊老年高血压患者疗效及服药依从性的影响。方法 2015年5月~2016年5月300例社区门诊老年高血压患者,随机分组,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组基于此给予药师干预。结果 (1)观察组护理后焦虑评分低于对照组且低于本组护理前(P<0.05)。(2)观察组护理满意度96.97%高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05)。(3)观察组护理后总体健康情况、身体疼痛、活力、生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、精神健康、情感职能评分高于对照组且高于本组护理前(P<0.05)。(4)观察组治疗依从性、干预后自我效能优于对照组(P<0.05)。(5)观察组治疗有效率为93.33%高于对照组73.33%。结论药师干预对社区门诊老年高血压患者疗效及服药依从性提高具有积极作用,利于改善患者生活质量,缓解心理压力。

Objective To investigate the effect of pharmacist intervention on the efficacy and medication compliance of elderly patients with hypertension in community clinics. MethOds From May 2015 to May 2016, 300 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given the intervention of pharmacists. Results （1） the anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. （2） The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.97%, which was higher than that of the control group （73.33%） （P 〈 0.05）. （3）After nursing, the overall health, physical pain, vitality, physical function, physical function, social function, mental health and emotional function score of the observation group, which were higher than those before nrsing in the same group, were higher than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. （4） The treatment compliance and self-efficacy of the observation group were better than those of the control group, p 〈 0.05. （5） The effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that !n the control group （73.33%）. Conclusion Pharmacist intervention has a positive effect on the clinical efficacy and medication compliance of elderly patients with hypertension in community clinics. It is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients, relieve psychological pressure.
