摘要
本文介绍了一种单端输入差分输出的CMOS宽带低噪声放大器,工作频率设计在UHF频段。低噪声放大器提供14d B的增益,输出加入了源跟随器,用来匹配输出阻抗。采用TSMC 55nm CMOS工艺,仿真结果表明,噪声系数小于2.9d B,S21大于14d B,S11小于-10d B。2.5V电源供电下功耗为8m W。
amplifier is impedance 2.9dB. S21 2.5V. This paper presents a broadband CMOS LNAs with single-ended inputs, and differential output,the design for UHF band. The LNA provide 14dB gain, and a source follower is added to make output match. Implemented in TSMC 55nm CMOS process, the simulation results shows that: noise figure is is greater than 14dB, S11 is less than -10dB. The power consumption is 8mW with the power supply is
