摘要
目的:研究外源性补充L-肉碱联合有氧运动对高脂饮食诱导肥胖小鼠脑酮体代谢的影响,以更进一步探讨L-肉碱的作用机制并对其结合运动的应用提供实验依据。方法:将36只建模成功的4周龄雄性小鼠随机分为肥胖安静组(H),肥胖运动组(HE),肥胖肉碱组(HL)和肥胖肉碱运动组(HLE),运动组采用为期6周的游泳训练,肉碱组每次在进行游泳训练前1h补充L-肉碱。6周后测取脑组织β-羟丁酸和脑糖原含量。结果:HL组、HLE组脑β-羟丁酸和脑糖原含量均显著高于H组(P<0.01),而HE组脑β-羟丁酸含量显著低于H组(P<0.05),脑糖原含量有所升高但并无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:(1)外源性补充L-肉碱能够促进酮体的生成和利用,减少糖原的分解并提高糖原储备。(2)有氧运动可以显著降低酮体含量,提高酮体利用率,降低糖原分解输出。(3)L-肉碱联合有氧运动可以提高酮体与糖原含量,但与单一干预的方式的比较并未产生显著性差异。
Objective : Study of exogenous L-L-carnitine combined effect of aerobic exercise on high-fat diet induced obese mice brain metabolism of ketone bodies, to further explore the mechanism of L-carnitine and provide experimental basis for its application combined with exercise. Modeling methods :36 successful 4 weeks old of male mice were randomly divided into obesity group (H), obesity with exercise group (HE), obesity with L-carnitine group (HL)obesity with exercise and L-carnitine group (HLE), exercise group adopt the six-week swimming training, carnitine group every time before swimming training supplement lh L-carnitine. Six weeks after acquisition brain beta hydroxybutyric acid and cerebral glycogen content. Resuhs:HL, HLE group cerebral beta hydroxy butyric acid and cerebral glycogen levels were significantly higher than that of group H group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), while HE brain beta hydroxy butyric acid in group H was signifi- cantly higher than that in group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), cerebral glycogen content was increased but no significant difference (P)0. 05). Conclusion( 1)The added exogenous L-carni- fine can promote the generation and use of ketone body, reduce the glycogen decomposition and improve glycogen reserves. (2)Aerobic exercise can significantly reduce the ketone body content, improve the utilization rate of ketone body, lowering glycogen decomposition output, Joint L- carnitine. (3)L-carnitine combined with aerobic exercise could improve the content of ketone bodies and glycogen, but there was no significant difference between single intervention groups.
