健康中国视域下健身养生术的教学模式及实证研究——以阿根廷华佗中医学院为例

Teaching Mode and Empirical Study of Health Preserving Regimen in the Perspective of Healthy China——Taking Hua Tuo College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Argentina as an example

在《健康中国》国家战略背景下,采用文献研究和实证访谈法,以阿根廷群众对健身养生术的认知和练习体会为切入点,对创办于阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯的中国华佗中医学院健身养生术的课程设置、教学模式、信息反馈及发展趋势进行研究,探讨健身养生术在阿根廷的发展规律。研究发现:健身养生术是外国学员学习中国中医的重要途径,通过健身养生术的学习和运用,能深刻的体会并感受其所蕴含的中国养生文化;健身养生术在阿根廷的发展,一定程度上已超越了中国传统体育的养生保健范畴,它与医疗紧密结合,形成了预防、保健、治疗、康复等于一体的社会公共健康服务发展体制,针对不同的健身需求进行有区别性的健身运动,已经成为中医学院治疗过程中的必要措施。

In the context of the national strategy of healthy China, taking the Argentina people＇s cognition and experience of fitness and regimen as a Starting point, explored the curriculum setting, the teaching mode, the information feedback and the trend of development of Fitness and Regimen in Argentina Hua Tuo College of Traditional Chinese Medicine founded in the capital Buenos Aires, and analyzed the trend of its development in Argentina by means of investigations and empirical interviews. The study found that the ways of keeping in good health are the significant means for foreign students to learn Chinese medicine. They can deeply experience and feel the embedded Chinese culture by learning and application of fitness and regimen. The de- velopment of it in Argentina, to some extent, has surpassed the concept of Chinese regimen and health care, which is closely related to medical treatments. The targeted practices aiming at different diseases have been the necessary meas- ures in the process of treatments in the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
