摘要
运用文献资料法、比较分析法,以体育系统人才招聘面试工作的复杂性与特殊性为切入点,系统阐述了江苏体育系统人才招聘面试的组织工作。论文从面试前的准备、面试实施过程和面试后总结三个环节研究了面试组织工作在人才选拔中的应用,针对面试前的准备工作提出了八项具体要求,注重在面试实施过程中体现出科学化的原则,并对面试结束后的总结工作进行了概括。同时对面试中存在的面试测评方法单一笼统、考官队伍建设缺乏整体规划、面试选人的效果不佳、面试标准缺乏统一性、面试缺乏有效监督问题进行了阐述,提出了从理论层面和操作层面两个角度提出改进的建议,从而促进体育系统面试工作的有序、高效开展。
This paper uses the literature and comparative method to analysis the arrangement work of recruitment interview in complexity and particularity of the sports system. The article researches on the whole process of the recruitment interview. Put forward 8 detailed requirements in the beginning, brings forward the developing mode of the standard system to promote seientification during the inter- view. At the end of the article, the author puts forward 3 very good suggestions to improve the interview from idea innovation, system innovation and technological innovation.
