摘要
本文介绍了一款国产宇航用微矩形高速电连接器的结构设计、传输性能设计,指出了产品在设计过程中的关键点及可靠性方面的考虑,通过理论分析及计算确定了产品的关键设计指标,通过电磁场仿真建模优化了产品结构参数,最后通过试验验证证明了国产宇航用微矩形高速电连接器的实际可靠性水平满足设计要求及用户的实际要求。同时,该款宇航用国产微矩形高速电连接器的研制为后续其它宇航电连接器开发提供了参考。
This paper introduces the structure design of high speed micro rectangular electric connector with a domestic space,transmission performance design,it is pointed out that the key points in the design process and reliability,through theoretical analysis and calculation to determine the key index of the product design,through the electromagnetic field simulation modeling and optimization of product structure parameters,finally through the experiment to prove the actual reliability level of micro rectangular high-speed electrical connector with domestic space to meet the actual requirements and the design requirements of users. At the same time,provides a reference for domestic high speed micro rectangular electrical connector the space for subsequent development of aerospace electrical connectors.
