摘要 瓷管电容滤波连接器是解决电磁干扰的有效手段,研究其绝缘失效对提高整机可靠性有重要意义。本文通过瓷管电容滤波电连接器的绝缘失效进行研究,找到其失效原因,并提出改进措施,得到提高瓷管电容滤波连接器可靠性的有效方法。 Filter electrical connector with ceramic tube capacitor was an effective method to solve electromagnetic interference,and it was very important to study failure mode of insulation for improving connection reliability of whole system. Failure mode of insulation of filter electric connector with ceramic tube capacitor was researched.Then main reason for failure of it was found. According to analysis result,an effective way to improve reliability of filter electric connector with ceramic tube capacitor was developed with some improvement measures.
