基于分子印迹碳纳米管修饰电极快速测定水中抗生素 被引量:1

摘要 将表面分子印迹聚合物和碳纳米管有机结合起来,发展了氧氟沙星分子印迹碳纳米管修饰电极快速测定水体中的氧氟沙星。在最优条件下(pH值为4.0,富集时间为10min,富集电压为0~0.2V),循环伏安响应峰电流与氧氟沙星浓度成线性关系,线性范围为0.1~5μmol/L,检出限(S/N=3)为0.01μmol/L。修饰电极具有良好的测量重现性和稳定性,用该方法测定自来水中添加的不同浓度的氧氟沙星,回收率为81.8%~110.8%,结果令人满意。 Surface molecular imprinting polymer is organically combined with carbon nanotubes for redeveloping the technique of determining ofloxacin in water quickly by ofloxacin molecular imprinted carbon nanotube modified electrodes. Cyclic voltammetric response peak current has linear relationship with ofloxaein concentration under optimal conditions ( pH value of 4. 0, enrichment time of 10min and enrichment voltage of 0 - 0. 2V). The linear scope is 0. 1 -5μmol/L, the detection limit (S/N = 3 ) is 0. 01 μmol/L. Modified electrode has excellent measurement repeatability and stability. The method is applied for determining ofloxaein with different concentration added in tap water. The recovery rate is 81.8% - 110. 8% , and the result is satisfactory.
