青海省水文基础设施建设的几点思考

Some thoughts on hydrological infrastructure construction in Qinghai Province

近年来,通过水利设施建设资金的不断投入,青海省大部分水文测站、水文巡测基地的基础设施建设得以加强,测报手段、技术水平得到了一定的改善,为大江大河防洪和水资源管理提供了可靠的信息保障。但青海省地处青藏高原,各类因素影响水文基础设施的建设。本文提出了青海省水文基础设施建设的几点问题,并提出了相应的对策。

Infrastructure construction of most hydrological stations and hydrological survey bases in Qinghai Province is strengthened through constant investment of construction fund in water conservancy facilities in recent years. The observation and forecast means as well as technical level are improved to certain extent. Reliable information guarantee is provided for flood control and water resources management in major rivers. However, Qingbai Province is located in Qinghai- Tibet Plateau, and various factors affect the construction of hydrological infrastructure. In the paper, several problems of hydrologic infrastructure in Qinghai Province are proposed, and corresponding countermeasures are put forwards.
