基于竞争情报预警的企业技术创新风险影响因素分析

An Analysis of Enterprise Technological Innovation Risk Factor Based on Competitive Intelligence Warning

以企业技术创新理论为依据,结合竞争情报预警特点,在总结学者们相关研究的基础上,提出12个影响企业技术创新风险的竞争情报预警因素。然后设计调查问卷并收集相关数据,运用因子分析法研究了影响企业技术创新风险的主要竞争情报预警因素。根据分析结果,文章将企业技术创新风险的主要竞争情报预警因素归纳为环境因子、组织因子、财务因子和信息因子,并提出企业应加强这四个方面情报的监测和应对,以便于提高技术创新的成功率。

According to the enterprise technological innovation theory and the characteristics of competitive intelligence warning, this paper proposes 12 competitive intelligence warning factors affecting enterprise technological innovation risk based on the relevant researches. In light of the related data collected from the questionnaire survey, the main competitive intelligence warning factors of enterprise technological innovation risk are summarized by factors analysis, which include the environment factor, organization factor, finance factor and information factor. It is pointed out that the surveillance and response of four aspects should be strengthened so as to improve the success rate of enterprise technological innovation.
