摘要
拉德布鲁赫构造了法学领域的相对主义价值学说,他的相对主义理论在他庞大的法哲学体系中是贯穿始终的。至于他的法哲学思想是否在早期和晚期存在着根本的转向,尽管后人对此争论不一,但都无法否认拉德布鲁赫法哲学理论对后世法哲学的发展有着非常重要的影响。
Radbruch created the relativism value theory in the field of law. His relativism theory was consistently reflected in his system of philosophy of law. Although there are debates about his fundamental turn of philosophy of law in his late period, Radbruch＇s theory of legal philosophy has exerted a great influence on the later development of legal philosophy.
