当前,高校党政领导干部家风家规整体上较好,但也存在一些与社会主义核心价值观相背离的现象,加强高校领导干部家风家规建设刻不容缓。研究显示,目前高校党政领导干部家风家规建设存在如下问题:认知不到位、覆盖面窄、权责分工不明、评价指标与方法滞后、建设方式与方法单一等,有必要多措并举,推动高校党政领导干部家风家规建设的进一步深入。

The current family atmosphere and regulations of the Party and administration leading cadres in colleges and universities are good, but there are also some problems straying away from socialist core values and it is imperative to strengthen the construction of family atmosphere and regulations of the Party and administration leading cadres in colleges and universities. Currently, there are still some problems needed to be solved urgently in the construction of family atmosphere and regulations of the Party and administration leading cadres in colleges and universities, including deficiency of cognitive a- bility, limited coverage, unclear division of responsibilities, delayed assessment indication system and approaches and single mode of construction. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the construction of family atmosphere and regulations of the Party and administration leading cadres in colleges and uni-versities through multiple methods.
