摘要
目的了解内科临床带教护士对老年护理核心能力的掌握程度和期望水平,为改进老年护理教育和提高老年护理核心能力提供依据。方法应用王章安等制定的"中国老年护理核心能力测评量表"对四川省6所综合性医院进行调查并分析。结果内科带教护士的老年护理期望能力与实际能力之间存在明显差异(P<0.05);实际能力各维度中,临床护理能力相关性最强,评判性思维和科研能力相关性最弱;期望能力各维度中,临床护理能力相关性最强,法律、伦理素质相关性最弱,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对内科带教护士"老年护理核心能力"掌握的现状,提出教学及培训建议,以期提高临床相关能力及教学水平。
Objective To explore the core competence of elderly nursing of internal medicine teaching nurses and improve the teaching of elderly nursing. Methods 6 hospitals were investigated with Chinese Geriatric Nursing Core Competency Scale. Results The expectation ability and actual ability on core competence of elderly nursing of internal medicine teaching nurses were different (P〈0.05). In actual ability, the clinical nursing ability was strong and the criti- cal thinking and scientific research ability were weak. In expectation ability, the clinical nursing ability was strong and the legal and ethical quality was weak. Conclusion According the condition of core competence of elderly nursing, teaching and training will improve the clinical and teaching ability.
