某型微型发动机转子动力学分析

摘要 分析了某型微型发动机转子结构特点,建立了转子传递矩阵法计算模型,基于传递矩阵法进行了转子动力学分析。计算了转子临界转速,为转子工作转速设计提供理论参考;计算不同的支承刚度下临界转速的变化情况,结果表明可通过调整支承刚度实现转子临界转速的调整,以便获得满足需求的工作转速下的支承设计;最后,计算了转子的不平衡响应谱,为转子振动向机匣和机身传递的研究提供理论参考。 This paper analyzed the structure characteristics of a micro engine rotor,established the calculation model for transfer matrix method.Based on the transfer matrix method,the paper calculated the critical speed,which provided a theoretical reference for the design of rotor speed.The changes of the critical speed under different support stiffness were calculated and analyzed.The results show that the critical speed of the rotor can be adjusted to meet the design requirements by adjusting the supporting stiffness.Finally,this paper calculated the unbalance response,which would provide a theoretical reference for the research of vibration transfer.
