摘要
云制造是未来制造业发展的趋势,为了更好地实现云制造环境下企业制造资源的有效利用,提出了面向集团企业的私有云排产系统。以某大型集团企业为例进行分析,提出了对于集团企业内部制造资源和制造能力的统一描述;根据企业的生产和资源调度的特点,建立了数学模型,并提出了基于遗传算法的优化排产算法;最后根据某订单实例进行验证,得到了比较好的解决方案。
Cloud manufacturing is the development trend of manufacturing industry in the future,in order to better realize the effective use of enterprisemanufacturing resources in the cloud manufacturing environment,the private cloud scheduling system for group enterprises is put forward.Taking agroup enterprise as an example,we analyze the characteristics of the current manufacturing enterprises resources and products.According to the manufacturing resources and manufacturing capability of the group enterprises in different regions,they will be visualized and encapsulated,then released to the cloud platform.According to the demand of the order,the geneticalgorithm is adopted to optimize the automatic scheduling of the target.The application of this system platform verifies the rationality of the system,which can lay the foundation for the future research and development of public cloud scheduling system.
