摘要
采用Autodesk Moldflow Insight软件对EPB电子驻车外壳产品进行模流分析,对浇注系统、冷却系统、注塑工艺进行分析和优化。对原始设计中出现的熔接痕、应力开裂和变形翘曲问题进行了分析,优化了模具设计结构和注塑工艺,最后给出了合理的模具结构和注塑工艺建议,降低了模具开发风险,确保了产品开发成功。
The mold flow analysis of the mold for EPB housing is carried out by Moldflow Insight,and the injection gate,cooling system and molding parameterare analyzed.It can be seen a significant improvement in the product sink mark,stress cracking and wrist deformation.Based on the simulation result of Moldflow Insight,the mold structure and the injection molding parameters are improved,which can reduce the risk of mold development failure and ensure the product development successful.
