摘要 减压阀的主要功能是通过控制阀芯使出口压力稳定在规定的范围之内,通过AMESim中的HCD库建立减压阀的液压系统模型,并设置参数进行系统仿真。对减压阀的系统压力以及流量的变化情况做出相应的性能分析,为减压阀在实际中的应用和选择提供了理论依据。 The main function of the pressure relief valve is to stabilize the outlet pressure within the prescribed range by controlling valve core.In this paper,the hydraulic system model of the valve is established through the HCD Library in AMESim,and the system simulationis carried out.The changes of pressure and fluid of the relief valve system are analyzed,and the corresponding performance analysisis conducted,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application and selection of the valve in practice.
