摘要
对链式开沟机开沟刀切削阻力进行计算,并建立开沟刀的三维模型,考虑几何结构、材料、载荷和约束等因素,运用ANSYS Workbench对开沟刀进行有限元分析,获得开沟刀的三维应力、变形分布图。根据分析结果提出加强开沟刀结构的设计方案,以延长刀具的使用寿命。
The cutting resistance of the chain trencher cutter is calculated,and the 3D model of ditching cutter is set up.By use of ANSYS Workbench,the three dimensional stress and deformation distribution maps of the cutter are got.Based on the finite element analysis result,the reforcement structure design scheme is proposed,to prolong the service life of the cutter.
