摘要
为了提高电器开关的生产效率,设计了一种倍速两平动自由度气动机械手,对其工作原理进行了介绍。考虑其倍速传动、行程可调、空间利用率、加工工艺和制造成本等因素,对其结构及零部件进行了设计和选型。该机械手结构简单紧凑,可以实现水平方向的倍速移动和行程可调以及竖直方向的移动,为同类型机械手的设计提供了有效参考。
In order to improve the production efficiency of electrical switches,a kind of pneumatic manipulator with double speed and two translational degrees of freedom is designed,and its working principle is introduced.Considering the transmission speed,adjustable stroke,space utilization,cost of processing and manufacturing and other factors,its structure and components are designed and selected.The manipulatorstructure is simple and compact,which can realize the double-speed movement and the adjustable stroke in the horizontal direction.The work provides effective reference for the structural design of the manipulator.
