摘要
为了适应三代核电站技术及更先进堆型核电站的发展需要,设计了超大尺寸具有屏蔽防护、防火、抗震等复合功能的屏蔽门,并对其工作原理及其零部件结构进行了设计。考虑核电站屏蔽门所受到的多种载荷,对其螺栓、轴承、电机等关键零部件进行了校核及选型计算。
In order to adapt to the technology of the third generation nuclear power plant and meet the requirement of more advanced nuclear power plant,a large platform screen door is developed,which has the functions of shielding protection,fire protection,earthquake proof,etc.The working principle and construction of the platform screen door are introduced.Considering a variety of load on the door,the strength of key components including bolts,bearings and motor has been calculated and checked.
