基于Fluent的高频响超大推力转换测量装置设计

摘要 针对超大推力难以测量的问题,利用帕斯卡定律,设计了一种力转换测量装置,阐述了这种装置的结构特点,并论述了其工作原理。然后在ICEM CFD中划分网格,在Fluent中设定流体模型和边界条件,选择求解器和求解算法,进行求解计算,最后得到求解结果。结果显示该装置能实现50Hz的响应频率,并能很好地复现输入压力的变化。 To realize the measurement of oversized force,a force conversion measurement device based on Pascals law was designed,and the structural features were elaborated,and the operating principle was discussed.Then the device was modeled and meshed in ICEM CFD,and the fluent model and boundary conditions were set in Fluent.The solver and algorithm were chosen,and a result was got.The result shows that the device could realize 50 Hz response frequency and duplicate the change of input pressure.
