摘要
镗孔加工就是将工件上原有的孔进行扩充和精化。其特征是修正钻孔的偏心,获得精准的孔位置,取得高精度的圆度、圆柱度和表面粗糙度。所以,镗孔加工作为一种高精度加工方法往往被使用在最后的工序上。内孔加工需采用多道工序时,如何分配排列好工序对保证加工要求和效率非常重要。以案例方式对阶梯式盲孔加工进行工艺分析,并制定出镗削阶梯孔的工艺策略。
Boring is to expand and refine the original hole in the workpiece.It is characterized by correction of drilling eccentricity,to obtain accurate hole location and high-precision roundness,cylindricity and surface roughness.Therefore,the boring process as a high-precision processing method is often used in the final process.Hole processing need to use multi-channel process,agood process can ensure the processing efficiency.In this paper,the process of machining stepped blind hole is analyzed,especially the outline of internal structure.
