Design of Portable Cleaning and Disinfection Integrated Machine Based on Bluetooth Control

传统的清洗机对形状复杂清洗物存在清洗盲区,去污效果不佳。设计了一款清洗机,该一体机通过臭氧和UV杀菌灯(UV/03)系统实现了去污、消毒、降解农药残留等功能,同时将超声波和气泡冲击原理相结合,提高了工作效率。

The traditional cleaning machine has a blind zone to complex shape object,and the decontamination effect is poor.A new type of cleaning machine is designed.The machine uses the ozone and UV germicidal lamp（UV/03）system to achieve the functions of decontamination,sterilization,degradation of pesticide residues,while using the combination of ultrasonic and bubble impact principle to improvework efficiency.
