铸铁管外加热智能温度控制装置的设计与研究

摘要 针对高层建筑的下水管道由于油污沉淀遇冷凝结经常发生堵塞的现象,设计了一种在铸铁管外围给其适当加热,可有效疏通管道的智能化新型温度控制装置。该装置包含控制、输入、显示、加热和检测部分。系统利用加热带给管道外壁进行加热,通过键盘输入日期和时间,当时间到达预设加热点时,加热带开始工作。温度样本通过温度传感器采集获得,微控制器通过比较预设值和温度传感器采集的信号决定工作加热带的数量和时间,实现对铸铁管外壁加热的智能控制、铸铁管外壁温度的实时显示和对异常工作进行报警。 The sewer pipe of high-rise buildings often get blockage due to oil precipitate after congealing.After experiment many times,we gain a solution,that is,giving appropriate heating to the periphery can effectively clear the pipe line.In this paper,a novel temperature control device including five parts which are control segment,input part,display segment,heating part and detection part is proposed.In the system,heating strips are used to heat the surface of the pipe.The data and time is inputted via the keyboard.When the time arrives at the set point,the heating strips start to work at once.The temperature sensors are responsible for collecting temperature samples.Microcontroller is used to control the heating time,to realize the intelligent control of heating and the display of temperature,and give warning when temperature is abnormal.
