The belt deviation of belt conveyor is one of the important factors which affect the stable and safe operation of belt conveyor.In order to ensure the normal operation of the conveyor,it is necessary to analyze the causes of the deviation of conveyor belt.This paper analyzes the reason of belt deviation of belt conveyor,and discusses the methods of preventing conveying belt from deviation from the aspects of design,manufacturing,installation and use,so as to improve the stable operation of belt conveyor.
