摘要
针对模拟主轴刚性攻丝时出现的定位精度不高、主轴与攻丝轴不同步的故障现象,从刚性攻丝相关理论出发,利用参数法进行故障诊断,通过合理的参数设定和调试,实现了模拟主轴的高效高精度刚性攻丝。
In order to solve the problem of low positioning accuracy and the asynchronization between the analog spindle and tapping shaft,starting from the related theory for rigid tapping,we use parameter method for fault diagnosis,and realize the rigid tapping with high efficiency and high precision through reasonable parameter setting and debugging.
