On the Ethical Regulation of the Relationship between Teacher and Student in Universities

教师职业的特殊性,决定了师道的高尚性;教师活动的复杂性,决定了伦理约束的必要性;师生利益关系日益显性化,决定了道德规范的重要性。通过伦理规范高校师生关系是实现高校治理的先在性的基本原则,而构筑新型教育共同体,以系统性的教育伦理规制来把握和加强教育伦理制度规范的可实践性,是建立高校良性师生关系的重要路径。

The specialty of the teaching profession determines its noble character.The complexity of teaching activities determines the necessity of ethical constraints.The importance of moral norms is determined by the increasing dominance of the shared interests of teacher and student.First of all,there are basic principles of governance by ethical norms in the relationship between teacher and student.It is thus important to establish a virtuous relationship between teacher and student by building a new type of education community,as well as understanding and strengthening the practicality of the norms of the educational ethic system through systematic ethical regulations.
