摘要
从房地产业可持续发展和市场竞争的角度 ,论述了房地产企业文化构建的意义 ,并进一步提出了房地产企业文化的结构和构建该文化的途径 .
This thesis, from the perspective of sustainable development and market competition, explicates the importance of the cultural construction of the real estate enterprise, puts forward the cultural structure of the real estate enterprise and shows how to construct the culture, and finally expounds the cultural construction of the real estate enterprise systematically and theoretically.
