乙烯/碳四的不同进料量对甲醇制丙烯反应的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以醚后碳四(C_4)为原料,在固定床反应器上考察了乙烯/C_4与甲醇以不同的比例共进料对甲醇制丙烯反应的影响。结果表明:当乙烯单独与甲醇共进料时,乙烯的转化率在41.2%~51.3%,随着m(乙烯)/m(甲醇)的增加,乙烯转化率下降缓慢,转化产物主要是丙烯、C_4和C_(≥5);当C_4单独与甲醇共进料,C_4的转化率在25%左右,转化产物主要是丙烯和C_(≥5);当乙烯和C4与甲醇共进料时,C4的转化率为15%~18%,随着乙烯和C_4混合烃进料量的增加,乙烯的转化率下降较明显。 With etherificated C4 as raw material, the effect of different cofeeding rates of ethylene/C4 and methanol on reaction of methanol to propylene was investigated in a fixed bed reactor. The results showed that under the condition of cofeeding of ethylene alone with methanol, the conversion of ethyl- ene was about 41.2% - 51.3% and with the in- creasing of m (ethlyene)/m (methanol) , the conversion of ethylene decreased gradually, and converted products mainly were propylene, C4 and C 35 ; under the condition of cofeeding of C4 alone with metha- nol,the conversion of C4 was about 25% ,converted products mainly were propylene and C≥5,under the condition of cofeeding of ethylene,C4 and methanol, the conversion of C4 was approximately 15% - 18% ,and with the increasing of cofeeding of ethyl- ene and C4,the conversion of C4 declined obviously.
