摘要
分别以中国石油兰州石化公司正丁烯、中国石油锦州石化公司碳四、中国石油兰州石化公司碳四为原料,采用共沉淀法制备了含有两相的铁酸盐尖晶石结构的丁烯氧化脱氢催化剂,考察了反应温度、氧烯比(摩尔比,下同)、水烯比(摩尔比,下同)、原料中丁烯含量等反应条件对催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明:反应温度对催化性能影响明显;随着氧烯比的增大,丁二烯选择性下降,CO_x生成量增大;较为适宜的水烯比约为12;原料中丁烯含量越高,丁烯转化率和丁二烯选择性越高;原料中异丁烯含量增加,会导致催化剂的活性下降。
With nbutene from Lanzhou Petro- chemical Company, PetroChina, C4 from Jinzhou Petroehemical Company, PetroChina, C4 from Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,PetroChina, as raw material respectively, the butene oxidative dehydrogenation catalyst with two -phase ferrite spinel structure was prepared by the copreeipitation method and the effects of reaction temperature,molar ratio of oxygen to butene, molar ratio of water to butene, butene content of raw material and other reaction conditions on catalytic performance of catalyst were investigated.The results showed that reaction temperature had obvious effect on catalytic performance; with the increasing ratio of oxygen to butene, selectivity of butadiene decreased and COx production increased;the optimum molar ratio of water to butene was about 12;the higher butene content of raw material was, the higher butene conversion and butadiene selectivity was;increased isobutane content of raw material led to activity decline of catalyst.
