摘要
采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)等方法对合成的ZSM-35分子筛进行了表征,并以醚后C4为原料,考察了ZSM-35分子筛催化剂催化醚后C4烯烃骨架异构的反应性能和催化剂的长周期稳定性。结果表明,ZSM-35分子筛具有结晶度高的特点,在反应压力为0.5 MPa,反应温度为290~320℃,质量空速为1.0~2.0 h^(-1)的条件下,产品中异丁烯的质量分数从0.36%增加到17.00%,满足了甲基叔丁基醚反应活性烯烃的含量要求。
The synthesized ZSM -35 zeolite cata- lyst was characterized by X - ray diffraction ( XRD), scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) , etc, and with etherificated C4 as raw material, reaction performances and longrun stability of ZSM -35 zeolite catalyst for catalytic etherificated C4 olefin skeleton isomerization were investigated. The results showed that ZSM -35 zeolite had high crystallinity feature, and under the conditions of reaction pressure 0. 5 MPa, reaction temperature 290 - 320 ℃ , mass space velocity 1. 0 - 2. 0 h-1, mass fraction of isobutene increased from 0. 36% to 17.00% ,which could meet alkene content requirement of methyl tertiary butyl ether.
