摘要
对ACE催化裂化评价装置生成油的色谱模拟蒸馏测试条件进行了优化,并对优化条件下该方法的重现性进行了评价。结果表明:色谱模拟蒸馏分析数据的精密度与色谱的程序升温条件有关;在程序升温速率为15℃/min的条件下,模拟蒸馏色谱的分析时间可缩短为24 min,汽油、柴油、重油产品收率的相对偏差为0.41%~1.98%,与升温速率为10℃/min的精密度相当,在该条件下,重复进样6次,转化率及汽油、柴油、重油产品收率的相对偏差在0.25%~1.91%。
The test conditions of chromatographic simulation distillation for generated oil from advanced cracking evaluation (ACE) were optimized and reproducibility of the method was evaluated under these optimized conditions. The results showed that chromatographic simulated distillation analytical data was related to temperature programming condi- tions of chromatography. Under the condition of programmed heating rate 15 ℃/min, analytic time of simulated distillation chromatography shortened to 24 min, relative standard deviation (RSD) of gaso- line,diesel,heavy oil was 0.41% -1.98% ,and it was similar to the accuracy under the condition of heating rate 10 ℃/min. Under that condition, injecting samples repeated for 6 times, the RSD of conversion and yield of gasoline, diesel and heavy oil was 0.25% - 1.91%.
