摘要
利用核磁共振碳谱(^(13)C-NMR)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)对进口牌号依次为AP 03 B,7033 N,SD 632聚丙烯合金的物理性能、微观结构进行了研究,并对中国石化茂名石化分公司在20万t/a Innovene聚丙烯生产装置上开发出的K 7726 H,K 8003釜内合金聚丙烯树脂进行橡胶含量及微观相结构分析。结果表明,K 7726 H,K 8003的弯曲模量、冲击强度达到AP 03 B,SD 632水平,其橡胶相质量分数分别为22.28%,28.43%,橡胶颗粒尺寸主要分布在0.2~1.0μm。
The physical properties and microstruc- tures of imported brand AP 03 B,7033 N and SD 632 were analyzed by 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum (13C -NMR) and filed emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) , and rubber content and microscopic phase structure of polypro- pylene in -situ alloy K 7726 H and K 8003,developed by 200 kt/a Innovene polypropylene unit of Maoming Petrochemical Branch Company, SIN-OPEC,were analyzed. The results showed that the similar flexural modulus and impact strength of products K 7726 H,K 8003 reached the level of those of AP 03 B and SD 632,the rubber phase mass fraction of K 7726 H and K 8003 was 22.28% ,28.43% respectively, and the rubber particle size mainly dis- tributed from 0.2 to 1.0 μm.
