摘要
分析了中国石油独山子石化公司80万t/a催化裂化装置油浆蒸汽发生器泄露对装置生产及产品质量的影响,并利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对油浆蒸汽发生器泄露情况进行了模拟。结果表明:蒸汽发生器泄露对分馏塔操作、产品质量和下游生产装置均存在不利的影响;当分馏塔塔底引入1股蒸汽后,塔板温度和液相负荷保持不变,各层塔板的气相负荷增加了50~60 kmol/h,汽油、柴油、回炼油及油浆中轻组分增多,汽油产量及产品分离度增大。
The effects of slurry oil steam generator leakage on unit operation and product qualities were analyzed in an 800 kt/a catalytic cracking unit in Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, PetroChina, and the leakage of slurry oil steam generator was simulated by Aspen Plus simulation sofiwarel The results showed that slurry oil steam generator leakage had negative effects on fractionating tower operation, products qualities and downstream operation plants,after introducing a flow of steam to bottom of fractionating tower,tray temperature and liquid loads remained stable, gas load of each tray rose by 50- 60 kmol/h, light components of gasoline, diesel, recycle oil and slurry oil all improved and gasoline production and output of gasoline output and separation of products both increased.
